💵 Price & Deposit

• Monthly Rent: $1,500 USD 

• Rent and utility fees must be paid in full before move-in.

• Deposit: $1,000 USD (fully refundable after check-out if no damage or overuse)

• Monthly Utilities: $150 USD (includes maintenance; additional charges apply if water/electricity is excessively used)​

• Reservation Deposit: 20% of the total amount is required to secure your booking.

• Contract: A rental agreement will be signed after the deposit is received.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 1 day before move-in, either via bank transfer or in person.

• Minimum: 1 month

• Maximum: 6 months​
