→ e.g. 일월 (January), 이월 (February), 삼월 (March).
June (유월) and October (시월) are exceptions for smoother pronunciation.
To say “in [month],” use [month] + 에 (e).→ “오월에 여행해요.” = I travel in May.
Seasons:
봄 (bom) – spring 🌸
여름 (yo-reum) – summer ☀️
가을 (ga-eul) – autumn 🍂
겨울 (gyeo-ul) – winter ❄️
Culturally, Koreans love to talk about weather and seasons during small talk —so knowing these words helps you sound friendly and natural!
