  • 메뉴 (menu) is used just like English — most Korean restaurants use English loanwords.


  • 주문하다 / 계산하다 / 포장하다 are polite verbs ending in -하다.


  • To call a server, say “저기요!” politely with eye contact.


  • 감사합니다 is the most common formal way to say “Thank you.”
